This recipe was kindly shared by Good Bitch, Linda. It's the perfect bake for everyone, since it's vegan, gluten-free and most importantly, delicious!

4 cups gluten-free flour

1 tbsp golden syrup

1 tsp coconut essence

1 tsp salt

2 tsp baking powder or yeast

400 ml coconut cream

1 1/2 cups coconut milk

1 packet cranberries

1 cup coconut shavings

Soak coconut shavings in milk for 20 minutes.

Mix all ingredients together.

If using yeast, allow to rise for one hour.

Put into a greased loaf tin and bake at 180°C for approximately 35-40 minutes,
